Pregnancy Week by Week, With Garbh Sanskar Practice

Every week of pregnancy, in one place: how big your baby is (compared with fruit and vegetables from an Indian kitchen), what is developing, what your body may be going through, and the check-ups usually offered around that time in India, the UK, the USA and Australia. Each week also has a small Garbh Sanskar practice from Mamta’s 1:1 sessions: a mantra, music, gentle movement, a food note from the classical month-by-month regimen, and a line to say to your baby.
